2003 Acura cl mechanics special, needs repair, parts
I’ve had this 2003 Acura CL for about a year. I bought it from a friend of mine, for my son to use for school. He drove it for about 6 months and something happened to the transmission. I was able to drive it home but could only go about 20 mph. I was planning on fixing it but I do not have the time. So I am selling it for someone who knows about transmissions and can fix it. In the time it’s been sitting in my driveway I can’t get it to start now, but it does start with starting fluid for a minute. It does have fuel pressure, how much I’m not sure but it did run and I did drive it home the last time it was used. Like I said, someone who works on cars could probably do something with it.
When I first got it I had a new timing belt and water pump installed. So that only has a couple thousand miles on it. I also had to replace the catalytic converter because somebody stole the old one. It did go through emissions and pass 6 months ago.
