Delphi Forum

A consumer-facing website that offers self-service forums on any topic. Similar to UseNet, where messages are posted for later reading at any time, Delphi Forum requires all forums to be managed by the person who created them or a designated administrator. In the late 1980s, Delphi was an online service that in 1992 was the first to provide full access to the Internet, not just e-mail. In 1998, she switched to model forum.
