EcoGeoX Stormwater Management
Product Description
The EcoGeoX-Tank System provides the most efficient and versatile method of underground stormwater storage available today. It’s an ideal way to convert stormwater ponds to useable space, and EcoGeoX-Tank is a more efficient, space saving alternative for underground stormwater detention, infiltration, and recycling systems.
Assembly of Stormwater Storage Module Unit
Always install upright for Maximum strength and for Warranty. Evenly distribute and connect the small panels into large panel. Next, working from one end to the other, attach a second large plate on the opposite side of the first. Once the top and bottom large plates are attached, complete the sides of the tank module.
Multiple Stormwater Storage Modules Assembly
To build a DOUBLE storm storage module unit (or even larger), follow the directions below, starting at “Assembly Instructions:” using the top of the existing unit as the large plate. Completed tank modules should be staged as close to the installation area as possibie.
Maintenance of Stormwater Storage Modules
Installing the Maintenance System
To install the PCV Pipe, remove the center small plate and cut the top large plate between the remalning interior small plates. Before inserting the port into the Tank, install an anti-scour plate in the bottom of the Tank to prevent disturbance of the base materials. Maintenance ports should be capped at the surface. In landscaped areas, this may be accomplished with a simple pipe cap or plasticvalve box. In paved areas, metal Tidsare moreappropriate.
Maintenance Intervals
Maintenance Schedules for the EcoGeoX Tank System are a function of the contributing area and the type of pre-treatment specified. A standard maintenanceschedule may include quarterly inspections through the first year of use, with yearly inspections thereafter.Flushing should be performed if sediment should the lesser of 6″ or 15% of the system height.
