FRP Valve Insulation Shell

LANDYOUNG FRP valve insulation shell, also known as FRP insulation cover, FRP valve protection shell, FRP removable valve shell.

It is a customized composite product made of E-glassfiber, resin by hand lay-up, vacuum bag molding, vacuum infusion molding, prepreg, carbon fiber coating and other molding processes; NOMEX aramid paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, plastic honeycomb, PMI foam, foam interlayer and other lightweight FRP shell molding processes.

 

Advantages and features

The outer shell is made of FRP (Fiber glass reinforced plastic)material, which has the characteristics of aging resistance, high impact resistance, corrosion resistance, waterproof, acid and alkali resistance, and flame retardant. The inner lining is made of high-temperature new materials as the insulation layer.

 

Application

FRP insulation valve shells are used for insulation of valves, pipes, straight pipes, elbows and fixed-point thickness measurement. It is widely used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, papermaking, oil field and other industries.

Specification

Appearance feature:

(1) The shape of the flange-type valve insulation cover is made up of two Huff-shaped flat and reverse ports. The periphery of the shell is anastomosed with flanges and then fixed with stainless steel bolts.

(2) The buckle-type valve insulation cover cannot be flanged. The two pieces of the insulation cover shell are made into a male and female insert anastomosis, and the buckles fixed on the two pieces of glass fiber reinforced plastic edges are snapped together and fixed.
