How Do I Fix My Epson WF-3640 Error Code 0x97?

Everything seemed to be okay and was working until the printing device (Epson WF-3640) began flashing errors every time I printed something. The message was: error code 0x97. I’m wondering if this is related to the update for my antivirus. Another issue is my printer was no longer covered under warranty just a couple of days recently.
