How Do I Qualify for Medicare and Oregon Health Plan?

For over a decade, Health Plans in Oregon has been helping Medicare beneficiaries in Oregon, and we’ve found that the majority of individuals are unsure about the differences between Medicare and Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid), or whether they are the same. If you’re under 65 and don’t have Medicare, you can be eligible for the Oregon Health Plan on its own. Only Oregonians over the age of 65 who have been handicapped for at least a year are eligible for Medicare.
