I bought two sets of this luggage. The orange and the wine color. We used them on our trip from Nashville USA to Germany. I would give them a 5 star status but, one wheel broke half way through our trip on the wine color set. The wheels are made of some kind of plastic. I am hoping I will be able to get a replacement from the company. I do really like them. They are light and I loved that they can be locked. Other than the wheel on the one piece they roll nice. I hope I can come back and give them 5 stars.At first I gave this luggage a 3 star, as you can read above. Now I will give it a 5 star. Customer service immediately got in touch with me. They worked with me until I was completely satisfied. I was told they couldn’t replace the middle one because they sold them as a set. The replacement they sent in one day, matches very well. I’m happy with it. Their customer server is the best customer service I have ever worked with. This company is amazing. A couple emails, they called me personally and immediately there was a new one at my door. I would highly recommend these suitcases and this company.
