Incoloy 800/H/HT Welding Rod
Metal Yard is one of the known exporters and suppliers of Incoloy 800HT Welding Rods, which resist general corrosion by many aqueous media. The protective oxide film in Incoloy 800 Welding Rods which is formed, is adherent in both static and cyclic conditions of heating and cooling, and resistance to carburization is enhanced when a thin film of oxide is formed alloy through pre-oxidation before service. Chromium carbides precipitate in Incoloy 800H Welding Rods at temperatures between 1000 and 2000 Degree F (540 and 1095 Degree C). As a result, alloy 800 Welding Rods has good rupture, creep strength, excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation. Consequently, Alloy 800H Welding Rods and Alloy 800HT Welding Rods are similar to other austenitic alloys. They can be rendered susceptible to intergranular corrosion (sensitized) in certain aggressive environments by exposure to 1000 to 1400 Degree F (540-760 Degree C).
