Linsheng Electrical Co , Ltd. said that in the case that the micro vacuum pump is not connected to any pipe, most of the micro vacuum pumps can run under pressure, but the situation is different after the load is placed. For a small load, that is, the pumping end is basically unobstructed, there is no large resistance element, and the vacuum at the pumping end is not high during operation. For example, the pumping port is only connected to a slightly longer tube, which can be used at a lower level. The operating voltage, but still need to be tested to determine the minimum operating voltage.
If the pump has a higher vacuum at the pumping end, or if there is a valve or a small hole filter resistance element in the pipeline, the pump load is large. The higher the load, the higher the operating voltage required by the pump, up to the rated value.
The under-press operation of the micro vacuum pump must meet a precondition that the pump can fully start with load at this voltage and will not stop when the load is running. This is very important. Otherwise, the input electrical energy cannot be converted into kinetic energy, but all is converted into thermal energy, which causes the motor to heat up until it burns. Different loads have different minimum operating voltages, and the minimum operating voltage corresponding to a load should be determined through numerous tests.
Pump under-pressure operation has many advantages, the noise is significantly reduced, and the life is significantly extended. Long-term testing has shown that the lower the voltage, the more significant these two advantages. The disadvantage is that the flow pulsation is obvious when the voltage is low to a certain extent. Our experiments and customer feedback showed that the pump performance was very stable and reliable during long-term continuous operation, and no other drawbacks were found.

Differentiate: the oil mirror is lower than normal or exceeds the maintenance period, it is 3, change oil; otherwise, it is 1, detecting pressure feedback pipeline
2, first exclude the abnormality of the table, when vacuuming, see if the pressure is consistent; if it is replacement parts
4, replace the overcharger, readjust
5. Whether the current is normal when no-load, rewind the motor coil
