WHY PRECAST?

Precast concrete is often used over in situ cast, as it is quicker to install and a higher quality standard can be achieved. This is because the casting environment can be controlled, and items can be brought onto site as required.

Designed to be functional and durable. Available in a range of finishes, they add style, flair and elegance, turning an otherwise unexciting stairway into a feature in its own right. Stair treads are made to order in our East Tamaki manufacturing plant and cast in a controlled environment under strict quality control conditions.

BENCH SEATS

Bench seats are often located in plazas and parks as a place for people to rest or admire the view. Jagas can design and craft beautiful seating that adds a stylish architectural element to any space.

PLANTER BOXES

Planter Boxes are a great way to enrich open spaces, bringing in the calming presence of planting, greenery and colour. They can also be used to break up or segregate large open spaces into specific areas where seating may also be incorporated.

BOLLARDS

Bollards are posts, pillars or short poles that prevent vehicle entrance into prohibited areas and to protect buildings and site features. While functional, we believe they should look good, too.

CARPARK BUMPERS

Car park bumpers prevent the vehicles from nosing into other car park spaces or pedestrian spaces. They also help protect adjacent property and facilitate more orderly parking.
