ULTIMATE KIDS SURF CAMP
Building on the Aotearoa Surf holiday programs, which produce confident, happy surfing kids, we have created an all-inclusive kids’ camp that’ll get your kids riding waves and give them the experience of a lifetime (and let you have a week’s getaway in Mangawhai if you choose to be involved).
Our Ultimate Kids’ Surf camp is the perfect action / adventure holiday for kids aged 8 – 16 (Grouped by ages). Each day they will get to enjoy daily surf lessons as well as a whole host of other exciting activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, volleyball, yoga, a waterslide and confidence course. They will also have all the fun of camp style accommodation, campfires and BBQs. All equipment provided by Aotearoa Surf.
Everything’s included
From transport to the camp, from Auckland, or Albany, to meals, accommodation, activities, equipment… even sunscreen, we’ve thought of everything and included it in your camp fee. We will provide your kids with fun filled days, packed with activities,that are carefully supervised and appropriate for their age and ability. We make sure that we serve nutritious meals and that our dorm accommodation is always comfortable.
SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS
Kids Summer Surf Program
The Kids Summer Surf Program is a 4 lesson / 4 day progressive surf camp program. Operates from 9.30am to 11am every week right through the summer school holidays at Te Arai beach. The #1 local beach, pristine white sand, untouched, with consistent ocean conditions. Changing rooms and toilets available. All equipment is provided by Aotearoa Surf.
Ultimate Kids Surf Camp
Our Ultimate Kids’ Surf Camp is the perfect holiday for kids aged 8 – 16, getting them out into nature, making new friends, building confidence and most importantly, having fun.
Each day they will get to enjoy two incredible surf lessons as well as a plethora of other exciting activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, camp fires, BBQs, volleyball, yoga, a waterslide and confidence course. All equipment is provided by Aotearoa Surf.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CLUB
This program encompasses a broad array of adventures in and around Mangawhai and Te Arai. All kids and teens are grouped into ages and abilities, all newbies and beginners get proper introduction lessons to get them riding waves.
This program is fantastic fun and a great opportunity to make new friends! The school Holiday program runs during terms 1, 3 and 4 school holidays. It is a one of a kind learning experience for kids aged 5-16.
KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Give your kids a birthday party to remember forever with a beach and surf party at one of Auckland’s best beaches. Just over an hour north of Auckland is the stunning surf beach of Te Arai, where kids birthday parties include 2 action-packed hours learning to surf and having the time of their lives with Aotearoa Surf. All equipment is provided by Aotearoa Surf.
Suitable for ages 6 – 17, our birthday parties are specifically designed to get kids up and riding boards quickly, safely and having awesome fun on their special day. No experience is necessary and boards and wetsuits are all supplied!
