Rubber Coated Magnets
Rubber coated magnets are also called rubber coating magnets or Rubberized magnets, which are composed of rare earth NdFeB, Ferrite, Alnico, or Smco Magnets, magnetically conductive stainless steel plates and rubber shells. The rubber casing minimizes magnet breakage and corrosion.
Rubber coated magnets are commonly used for holding applications. They are particularly useful for outdoor applications where wet and humid conditions may be encountered. However, like many materials, they will suffer from deterioration from UV exposure over time. This should be taken into consideration when placing your magnet.
Friction is another benefit these handy magnets provide as the rubber coating helps prevent the magnet from sliding out of position.
Ⅰ. What are the components of the rubber coating magnet?
The Rubber Coated Mounting Magnets could be made of Neodymium Magnets and Ferrite Magnets, which are attached to a flat steel plate and coated with rubber, leaving no traces and preventing surface from scratches. The protective rubber coating protects the magnet from corrosion or oxidation, allowing continuous use in outdoor environments. Compared with other types of coated or uncoated magnets, it can also prevent the magnets from being easily broken, and provide higher slip resistance.
Ⅱ. The Performance of Magnets Rubber Coated
The Magnets Rubber Coated have high magnetic strength and weather resistance, so they are very suitable for indoor and outdoor applications that require high magnetic strength. The Magnets can be used for Cable Tie Mounting. They are usually used for fixing and installation, from installing lights or fixtures to equipment maintenance, fixing tools and organizing items in warehouses, workstations and outdoor areas.
Ⅲ. Performance of Heavy Duty Mounting Magnets
1. The Heavy Duty Mounting Magnets With strong tensile force, waterproof, durable, high traction, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, the magnet is not easy to break.
2. Constructed with neodymium magnets or ferrite magntes. The rubber-coated magnets are wrapped in a steel structure and coated with a protective rubber coating.
3. These Rubber coated magnets with internal thread or external thread can accommodate standard fasteners and accessories.
4. The NdFeB magnet is magnetized axially.
5. The thickness of the black rubber coating is uniform.
6. The Strong mounting magnets with rubber layer in differnet colors have great waterproof fuctions.
