Skillful 1 to 1 coaching and mentoring in wales

 Our flagship programme, “one-to-one Coaching and Mentoring in the Workplace” is delivered over 10-12 weeks; this enables our Learners to align their own learning with their practice with their Coachee/Mentee, thus applying their learning from the start. The programme concludes with an in-depth observed session at the end of which the Coach/Mentor receives feedback. This programme is accredited at Practitioner Level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
