In fact, it’s inconsistent with the truth that the buffer quality is related to reagent purity, reagent weighing accuracy, purified water quality and other factors such as temperature and preparation containers. The sterile diluent is actually better compared with that. But what is sterile diluent? This series of sterile buffers are prepared in a purified environment with high standard materials. After irradiation sterilization, it is suitable for the dilution of different samples, and the sterile diluent price is affordable. Usage Method of Sterile Diluents
MT-11 Series
1. Contain 9 ml of diluents for gradient dilution.
2. Use an alcohol lamp to disinfect the aluminum foil surface before use.
3. Open the “Injection Port” and “Sampling Port” separately with an opener (OS-01/sold separately).
4. Four cups connected. It can be torn as use needed.
<Note> The remaining diluents must be sterilized again according to the above procedure before reuse.
MV2-90 Series
1. Contain 90 ml of diluents for the 10 times dilution of the 10 g sample.
2. Use an alcohol lamp to disinfect the aluminum foil surface before use.
3. Put a 10g sample into a blender bag, inject into a whole bottle of MV2-90PBS, and mix evenly to prepare a sample solution.
4. When preparing a liquid sample or a powder sample, the sample can be directly placed into an MV2-90PBS container, shaken by hand, and mixed to prepare a sample solution.
MV2-225 Series
1. Contain 225 ml of diluents for the 10 times dilution of the 25 g sample.
2. Use an alcohol lamp to disinfect the aluminum foil surface before use.
3. Place 25g of the sample into a blender bag, inject into a whole bottle of MV2-225PBS, and mix evenly to prepare a sample solution.
MV-1000 Series
1. Contain 1000ml of diluents. It can be connected to the dispensing pump DT-Cube for dispensing.
2. Before connecting the infusion set of the dispensing pump DT-Cube, the blue cap of the MV-1000PBS should be disinfected with alcohol.
MV-5000 Series
1. Contain 5000ml of diluents. It can be connected to the dispensing pump DT-Cube for dispensing.
2. Before connecting the infusion set of the dispensing pump DT-Cube, the cap of the MV-5000PBS should be disinfected with alcohol.
★It is better to use the same company’s blender bag, homogenizer and dispensing pump.
