The types of cleanroom tables

The tables are made of sturdy materials and will not scatter particles or cause contamination of the controlled environment. The most common types of tables are laminated, stainless steel, and perforated.

Laminated cleanroom tables are coated with epoxy or polypropylene to form a non-porous, chemically resistant surface that is easy to clean and disinfect. They are very suitable for clean rooms with ISO level 5 or higher. 

Stainless steel tables are a popular choice for cleanroom tables because they are easy to clean and disinfect, corrosion-resistant, and do not shed particles. These tables apply to any cleanroom classification standard.

Perforated tables are usually stainless steel and have the same advantages but with the additional benefit of laser cutting holes on the table surface. It allows air to pass through the table without interrupting the laminar flow of the cleanroom or creating turbulence. The perforated tables have powder-coated steel bases for excellent load-bearing capacity.
