When an issue occurs, you will be responsible for addressing it first, then we will know the problem roughly and see if we can help solve it online or not. We provide online tech support for the hardware 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Also, our kiosks come with a one-year warranty that covers any damage or issues that occur. If the damaged parts can’t repair well via an online guide, then we will ask the client to send them back to us to repair; if the parts are very small, then we will ship a new part to the client directly.
